(Crime Suppression Division photo)The Krabi Court on Wednesday approved arrest warrants for Surikfat Bannopwongsakul and seven other suspects in the mass murder of a village chief and his family members at his house. Chalita Sangkhachot, who was not at the crime scene, was charged for using outfits similar to soldiers, impersonating soldiers and conducting criminal association. Mr Surikfat and Mr Khomsan were identified in the arrest warrants as the men who pulled the trigger. Investigators pointed to conflicts over land title deeds between Mr Surikfat and Woryut as the motive of the crime.
